    Hi,
    I am just catching up with the need to convert to the new LTD model.

    I get everything I think (From N1, Simplified Constitution using the template) but what I am missing is the wording for the special resolution.

    I have an existing Private company Limited by share to convert to the new LTD.

    What wording should the the special resolution take?
    On headed paper is fine?
