Hi as subject says. broadband disconnects on an incoming/outgoing land line call. They are both connected to the same wall socket. Is there any thing that can be done to correct this?

    Hi dave_brent

This would be a symptom of line interference,

Although it's best to discuss this with technical support directly

Interference is (mostly) at the user end (connection of the socket in your house) created be the way the modem and phone are connected or even possible faulty equipment..

If you connected the modem directly to the main socket (eliminating the phone connection) you may notice in some cases speeds can even get much better.

I would recommend checking out the advice contained in this link it  or dalling technical support on free phone 1901 - http://bit.ly/PIBDSK

    Thanks
    Al
