lads holiday to cologne, advice?

    Hi guys,

    Me and a few friends are going to cologne germany mid september for 3 nights. We booked this a few months ago but only getting around to looking for things to do. We are all students from 18-20 so really just looking to have a good time mostly enjoy the nightlife. Just looking for a bit of advice from anyone who can help. We arrive in Cologne on a thurdsay would there be much going on then or is to mainly weekends? what nightclubs/pubs should we look at going to for our age group? also what are the best nightclubs/pubs? Is there much tourist things to be doing? anything a must do while there? We've been to Berlin previously and loved the history tours and sauchenhausen. Any good shopping places? is it cheap, or should we bring plenty of money to keep us covered? also anything else you may feel relieved just add.
