Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

2nd leg of the CL qualifier. Celtic 3-2 ahead in the tie.

@celticfc: CELTIC v Malmo: Gordon; Janko, Boyata, van Dijk, Mulgrew; Brown, Bitton; Forrest, Johansen, Armstrong; Griffiths #UCL (MD)

Janko comes in for Lustig who is injured and Mulgrew for Izzaguire. Griffiths starts which is positive, he has been scoring lately and hopefully chances will come his way.

Would like Celtic to win just to shut up a Swedish mate from Malmo.

Gordon was on the Gordons there, against the run of play.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,325 ✭✭✭RoryMac

Poor defending there from VVD, busy pulling out of players instead of watching the ball. Same as Malmo's 2nd last week

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,609 ✭✭✭TheCitizen

Poor goal to concede. No need to panic

You always know what you're going to get from Forrest, no left foot whatsoever.

Malmo have more technicians on the pitch, Djurdic looks a skilful player.

    Should be off, lucky.

Did he just knee him in the balls??

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,725 ✭✭✭✭blueser

Griffiths is a lucky, lucky lad. He should be gone for that; you can't go around kneeing people.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,553 ✭✭✭✭Dempsey

    Griffiths should have gotten redu

Is that Chris Sutton on BT Sport? "Minimal contact"? Clearly kneed him in the thigh away from the ball, ffs!

Sutton still on the celtic payroll?

    Lacklustre passing from celtic

Looked like the inner thigh, right where it can give you a dead leg. Should have been a straight red.

    Disgraceful decision from the ref

Not only should that have stood, it should have been a pen for Celtic and not a free out

    Good game.

Depends on what foul the ref called first. Griffiths backed into the keeper before the handball.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,725 ✭✭✭✭blueser

Poor decision by the officials. Nothing wrong with that "goal".

One of those nights. Looking ominous here. Definsively very dodgy, too many forced changes unfortunately. Can see Celtic conceding another one at least.

    Great save from Gordon

The volume of refereeing fcuk ups already this season is scary.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,307 ✭✭✭✭A Dub in Glasgo

Both teams have suspect defenses with ours a little more dodgier. Rosenberg is more effective up front than Griffiths

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,325 ✭✭✭RoryMac

Disappointing half from Brown & Johansen, need a big turnaround 2nd half to save this

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,123 ✭✭✭✭Mantis Toboggan

Celtic need to get John delaney on the case.

They look vulnerable in defence. We should score in the 2nd half. Commons is an option to come in and shoot at their dodgy keeper.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,307 ✭✭✭✭A Dub in Glasgo

I did not even see that the defender punched the ball away. Also on the replay, it looked like the ball hit Rosenbergs shoulder for his goal, the lucky git
