The 1st mile is a gradual very fast downhill section from the race start where in previous years a "Dash for Cash" was incorporated into the race prizes. This is all before a slight climb on the M9 motorway bridge ahead of a straight level 2nd mile part ahead of the 3rd mile which finishes with a 300m rise to the top of what is known as Ballyloo Hill. The 4th mile starts with a downhill section again for up to 1km before a slight uphill in the last 400m to the race finish in Tinryland Village. A fast and testing course in equal measure with a wonderful finish. Will try and post a map before Saturday.
