Looks like EI are becoming impossible to sort out any problems at all with. Currently have two tenants in separate houses with problems and after approx. 8 - 12 calls between myself, tenants and Electric Ireland nothing is being sorted. I'm at my wits end!! Luckily I am not a customer myself.
