Feck the stage win. Podium is in site for Dan now. Fit upright and wheel sucking from here on in.

    What a grand tour.

    I'm loving it.

Between Nico and Dan flying it form wise, and an amazing performance from the entire OGE team, who are very easily liked. I really got into watching cycling after watching their backstage passes, so its brilliant seeing them do so well.

Stage 4's Backstage Pass is one of the best ones.

David Millar just now saying Dan needs a team mate to close down Caves ,etc ..where is Talansky ?

Also says Dan has to go when he goes because of some thing about a 10 minute super aerobic ability/lactose threshold ....

As we speak, Talansky is in in 69th place, having finished in 111th place today.
He appears to be suffering, and not in a position to do anything for anybody.

Was 40/1 a couple of days ago for a podium. Hoping to get a run for my money, I don't know if Dan has the team to support him in the mountains

Hard to see how he could podium with this ITT, minutes to be lost there even if he gets through the long climbs unscathed.

That kinda negativity deserves a banning.

Its not negativity, its the reason he's out chasing the stage wins and expending energy, its not a parcours for him to podium or GC that well on.

I get the impression Andy and Dan don't get along tbh

Thanks for sharing this; never knew this was even being done! You'd have tears from watching this clip; certainly want someone in the car you bounce off for events & journeys like this.
Wonderful Days Cycling for the Irish in Spain in La Vuelta 2015! Yesterday was unreal watching Dan sprint like that & Nico, just seeing the two go past at last moment on Stage#4 must've, must've been crushing :(

    Looking forward,

Martin: “I came to this team a few years before Andrew but we’ve both grown together in the team and it’s the last time we’ll be riding in the same jersey for the immediate future."

    Appears they get on fine.

He's hardly gonna throw him under the bus. I just think the way Dan and say Hejsedal work together shows great teamwork and respect. I've never seen that from Talansky. There was a stage in the Basque tour which Pozzovivo won which outlined that. Garmin where the only team with two in the front group and they couldn't work together and make it count.

He got a nice break with the TTT being neutralised and he has 45 sec/a minute on the other middle-ranking GC men so he can follow wheels a bit more on the big mountains. I think he has a chance at a top 5
