Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Home fitness app recommendation please

    Hi,
    Going to try to work out a bit at home without weights. Anyone recommend an Android app that'd have exercises for planks, situps, squats etc. please?
    One that'd keep track of reps, have counts for how many, timer and motivate me. Visual aid would be good too
    I know there's 100s of apps out there but recommendations are always good.

    Thanks for the replies.
    I installed a few apps, currently using '7 minute' and I like it. Simple, breaks down exercises to 30 seconds with 10 second break in between exercises. UI is nice & it gives a half way voice in each exercise.
