Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There is no excuse for Rooney there. How long does he need?

In in form Rooney would have pulled the trigger and scored that. Still outside of the box that's a free kick.

It's going to be a low goals tally this season for United, no cutting edge at all

I'd like to see the look Giggs and LVG shared after Rooneys miss.

What does Giggs actually bring to the coaching side of things. Clean break was needed.

Well none of use would really know as we aren't on the training ground on a daily basis.

Be better off with Chica. Or go full on long ball from the start and put Fellaini in

Nothing moral about it. It's a zero sum game. Every point United drop makes it easier for liverpool to get top 4. You cant be surprised they are happy.

Great result for Swansea, can they do the double over united again this year?

This result actually knocks Liverpool down to seventh, but I wont shed a tear... ;)

It's incredible to see that last 20 minutes. Given the vast amount of money they've spent the last few years, the profile of the club, the patience they've shown to LVG to allow him to develop this project and yet the last 20 minutes consisted almost exclusively of getting the ball out to Young to throw crosses in at Fellaini when they needed a goal. The previous 70 minutes was almost entirely safe possession with no point.

LVG has abandoned style, there's nothing at all commendable about how Man Utd play with the ball, the problem with that is that if the results are poor too then there's nothing at all to fall back on, there's no positives and that's exactly how that Man Utd performance could be summed up.
