We are in the process of closing date of new house and hopefully by end of September we are getting our house key.We have done our snag list for a new house. we gave our snag list which are listed (including uneven garden and it was not seeded) to the builder and the builder said everything will be ready after 10 days. But when we checked the garden its seeded but still it is same uneven and builder is not bothered to even the garden is uneven ? what to do in this case ? How to get it done ?....

Go back with an updated snag list and highlight the issue. Or go back via your solicitor.

Snag lists are not a one time thing.

You snag and give to the builder.
Then when he says its ready, yo go back to the house and go through the items you snagged and tick them off.

If it hasnt been rectified, you issue an updated snag list.

Have you got a photo of the rear garden?
