Workshop studio space in Dublin

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for finding a moderately sized workshop studio space in Dublin. Id be looking at 25m sq, so fairly big. I have had a look at the creative cubes workspaces but they're all too small. thanks in advance
