Pin Connectors for MSI 980 TI

    I've 2 (6+2) pin connectors on PSU, will this be ok for the 2 8-pin requirement for the MSI 980 TI?

    Yes they will fit fine. That's not to say your power supply can handle it without knowing specs though.

    It's a Super Flower Amazon 650W 80Plus psu

    Have that PSU mtself for the last 5 years and it has served me well :)

    8 pin often actually means 6 + 2 pin, as if the PSU just offers 8 pin, and the GPU requires 6 pin connections then you're out of luck! And being as most mid range GPUs have 6 pins (even highend ones are often 8 + 6 pin), you're grand.

    I currently have a 290 Vapor X ans use 2 x 6+2 pins.
