I need to get phone wire moved to facilatate dangerous tree removal from side of road

    I need to cut down a dangerous tree beside a main road. There is a phone line beside the tree. I need to get Contact details for someone who can arrange to have the phone line temporarily removed to facilitate this operation

    I've tried 1901, but I do not have an Eircom land line number to get through to a person

    Please don't give me a 1850 number either.

    Hi aware,

    To report this you are required to dial 1901 however if you dial 0 it bypasses entering in the details and you then pick the faults options.

    They'll log this and organise a repair.
