OH and kids are spending a lot of prepay 02 customers. Thinking of changing them to LYCA, 9 euro plan. Would suit them as only very small usage. What are LYCA like to deal with? Good customer support? Safe company to trust with card details?
    Thanks

How much data/text/mins on average do they use a month?

Less than 15 mins of calls, all calls would only be for less than 60 seconds 30-50 or so texts and maybe 100mb of data

I've been with them for the last two years. They have excellent customer service, very friendly and knowledgable. No problems with top ups or card details.

Seems like lyca would suit so, or for €1 more on 48 they could get a lot more.

    €10 Guido deal:
    300 mobile minutes
    60 landline minutes
    Unlimited any network texts
    1Gb data
Unlimited messaging on WhatsApp (won't use data allowance)
