Someone I know is renting a house and previous owners had a dog she has allergies to dog and there is still hair in furniture and carpet. Anyone know of a good and resonably priced deep cleaner for house in Dublin landlord will pay I guess a resonable price but Chem Dry were charging €700-€1000 which the landlord I doubt will pay

Landlord definitely won't pay unless they're extremely generous.

Would your friend consider buying her own furniture and storing the landlord's elsewhere?

She could hire a carpet cleaner also http://www.samhire.ie/cleaning-decorating/item/24-cleaning/99-carpet-cleaner.html or perhaps do a steam clean?

Here's my story: The letting agent is willing to pay for the cleaning but hasn't seen any quotes yet so he may change his mind when he gets a quote.

He also agreed that the house should have been cleaned out before letting new tenants into a house that had a dog in it. Moving furniture in a shared house isn't an option really.

Would anyone recommend a company that specialises in getting rid of dog hair/ pet allergens for a person who is allergic?

Yes she has only moved to Dublin so moving her own furniture isnt an option anyway hairs would be embedded in the carpet and around the house. If anyone knows a cheaper rate than Chemdry
