Idiot cycling on the wrong side of the road between Lusk and Blake's Cross this morning causing oncoming traffic to take evasive action. The mind boggles!

Sorry but it has been a while since I last rode my bike. Takes getting used to again!

Awesome weather and my legs decide they are not up to the task today. I need to listen to my body and rest at some stage of the week. Tomorrow I have gym before work then football after work, Tuesday is HIIT, Wednesday gym, Thursday Boxercise, Friday gym, Saturday Golf and then try to do a long cycle Sunday. Something is gonna have to give

I had to endure a "motivational" presentation last week, and after realising the Genius of such things (they get paid for that stuff!) I decided to build up a repertoire of inspirational whatnot.

They just put up Quotes on a screen and talk bollix.

I'm going to make a fortune. You're welcome btw. That one was free.

I'm thinking about 1,500e for a company visit? And that is cheap...

Has anyone else found the newest boards Jersey gets baggy at the waist?

    I'm 100% confident that it's not weight loss :(

That's what we paid to a has been footballer who got 1 cap for Ireland.

He came in and told us he was completely outside his comfort zone talking to a room of established Salespeople and that was about the height of it

Money to be made at this motivational speaking alright

My gym session was cancelled this morning, I got a text at 6am to let me know, it actually felt like I'd won the lotto

We're redecorating the house at the moment and found this wallpaper, it also comes in a duck egg blue option.

The website has some other quirky cyclist stuff, www.gingerandfrench.com
