i just started my first work block and i was wondering how much training hours others were allocated? i was told because i was in a low turnover store i was only allocated 4 hours training and most of that was in the bakery and unloading a pallet in the warehouse and picking litter outside. After that i was thrown on tills with no training and was been told what to do from the person behind me which was off putting. all in all not the best first week. how did everyone else get on
