Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Well based on my own assessment, it would involve the instructor taking you to a private area where they will weigh you, take your height,BMI etc. and ask some simple questions about your current health, any allergies etc. as well as get an idea of your goals. Its nothing to fear, its as much for you as it is for your trainer so you get get the best out of your gym visits without killing yourself!
