    In for this Race this Saturday. Anyone done it before? Anything to look out for?

    Presume this is on in Lough Lene? Nice course, ive always enjoyed races there. Swim is nice, sometimes some chop but its a lake so nothing major. Bike is on typical rough (but ok) Irish roads and run has some nice little testers. Run isnt quite hilly but does have some drags and short lumps

    Cheers Folks, have done a bit down there alright, club had a training day and we went over the course but that was over a year ago now. Lumpy enough bike and run from what I remember. Done the half there before, run is similar but bike seems to take a different route, looks like it goes over a lot of the run route from the half.

    Pity i did not decide sooner to sign up to this, sold out now. Would have been perfect timing with a HIM on the following week.
