    I bought an Altius TV from Aldi in June last year.

    In November one day when I turned it on the screen had a black column down the middle..

    In May of this year I tried to contact via the email/Number on the warranty. The email doesn't exist and I get a warning message sent back saying it will try two more times.

    I called up and it kept going to an answering machine saying to leave my details as lines are full.

    I've been in England since and came back 2 days ago and tried both options again and the same results.

    The TV has a 3 year warranty.

    I clearly can't contact this warranty place so will I go to Aldi themselves?
    Or is there something else I can do?
