    9to5mac are suggesting that Apple might introduce the iPad Pro on the 9th of September...is anyone thinking of picking one up?

    That's what I figured too, but they surprised us with the Macbook's early showing. Though it does leave a fairly sparse lineup for the October event if they reveal it next week. October is iPad month, but 9to5Mac are pretty well-sourced.

    Gurman is being very careful in his wording, as is Paczkowski, which suggests they are both sceptical whatever their sources say.

    If it comes in under 600 then I'll see what I can get for my Air 2 on Adverts and buy one. Anything over that I might pass.

    Nice idea, but it'll stay just there. OS X isn't engineered for touch otherwise we'd have seen a touchscreen Mac years ago. You can be sure they've tried it.
