Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I connected my laptop to a data projector with a cable at work but the screen on the laptop then goes blank. What should be visible on the laptop screen does appear alright on the whiteboard. Can I do something to stop my laptop screen going blank like this when I connect it to the data projector ?

Yes if you have Windows you can set it either in Windows Display properties (right-click on desktop and choose display properties), some laptop models also have a "hotkey" for this, e.g. Function-F8. You can then rotate between using just the projector, both at the same time, or having them as 2 separate screens (different content on both projector and laptop display). The latter can be handy when you give a powerpoint presentation: You can put up your notes on the built-in screen and have the slides fullscreen on the projector.

If you can specify the exact laptop model it'd be easier to figure out which key combo it is.

On a Mac it's in the system settings, Display panel.
