    Hi,

    I had eircom broadband and phone installed last Saturday by KN Networks. However, I'm still unable to register for "My eircom" as, apparently, my account is not active. 

    Can you please advise how long it takes for an real-world active account to register as such on your system? To confirm, I am using broadband/phone with no issues.

    I know this can be quite frustrating however the pending process can take approximately 5 working days to clear to "Active".
