Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'd say it could be a political reason as they don't want to play in Spain.

Shouldn't be playing full stop joke of a competition now so many non competitive matches

There would be riots if they tried to play in Spain - a lot of bad feeling about them being recognised as national team in Spain - Gibraltan fans are told to hide their affiliation if travelling through Spain to get to Faro

    Dire stuff.

If Brady could actually aim a cross for an irish player, I'd be happy

That goal was hilariously out of kilter quality-wise with anything else in the game.

Catalonia has a national football team. Gibraltar have gone through the process to be recognized, they havent

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 704 ✭✭✭frisbeeface

Now let's retreat and defend this slender lead

He seems to be a decent shot stopper though. that was comically bad from him though.

2 horrendous crosses in a row. Why don't they just work the 2 and 1

So do they hide their car number plates?

Just goes to show what a low percentage tactic crossing the ball is when even Gibraltar are able to deal with it no bother. Remember reading an article before about it and it was shocking how ineffective a tactic it was. Christie showed the way - just run through them!

They probably just do what Donegal drivers do, and change the font or number plate colour.

I'm from Donegal before anyone jumps on the defence

    :p
