Bill reversal but you forgot to send me the money back

    Hello,

    on Monday, 13th July 15 you took 143.92 eur via direct debit.

    D/D ELECTRIC IRELA -143.92 -143.92

    This bill has been reversed (because it was a wrong estimation) and later I got a new bill.

    Unfortunately I haven't got the money back.

    Could you please send me the money?

    For account security, can you please confirm the following details for us by private message:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
