Also in correspondence with the mod they used the word 'dickish' which given my religion and culture to be extremely rude, unprofessional and offensive

Putting this to bed: there is no requirement to warn you not to be a rude smart ass: that's expected by default. In future, if you don't have something constructive to add to a thread, I'd suggest you sit on your hands until the temptation to be an rude and unhelpful passes.
