    Recently I replaced the black and colour cartridges in my printer, however for the 2nd time my printer is not recognising the colour cartridge. It's still telling me it's out of ink.
    (It has responded & accepted the black ink & no problem printing with black ink)
    1st time I thought the cartridge was faulty. So I purchased another pack.
    Now I'm thinking it maybe my printer ???

    Cartridges are no. 301 for a HP Deskjet 1050.
    I've always bought the twin pack of black & colour.

    Anyone had any similar problems?? Or ideas it what could be wrong.

    Try ringing man united they had similar problems this week.

    Or put old one back in then new one

    Have you run the cleaning maintenance cycle on the printer.
