    Hi,

    I am looking to get a declaration signed so I can begin volunteering in a local nursing home for college. I have contacted several PC's and not one has returned my call/email.

    I don't mind paying, if needs be, I just want to get it done ASAP!

    Anyone on here or know any PC's around the D9 area?
