Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Since upgrading to eFobre, Eircom issued us with a new account number. According to My Eircom, I should be able to log as usual in following the switch to access my account.
However this is not the case.

I now have a bill online that I cannot access or pay.

    What's happening please?

    Hi Philm_12

Have you tried re-registering using your new account number and alternative email address?

    Thanks

No - according to My Eircom I don't need to - I should be able to access my new account on my existing registration. That would make sense. I also want access to my account history - which Eircom is now preventing.

Still awaiting a resolution to this problem - still can't access my new account or my account history.

Cannot pay my bill as you have blocked access to "my eircom".

    What is happening please?

    Hi Phil_12

I understand you wish to log in using older details but if you registered using the new account number it certainly work.

I have been advised that if you wish to continue with your old ac number and experience issues you will need to send an email detailing the issue and adding your account details and email address to webmaster@eircom.ie

    Thanks
    Al
