    Hey guys.

    Would anyone be able to help me with the following?

    Purchased a Lenovo G505S recently and tried to download a game.

    Ever since, it has slowed down completely, both on the internet and on the desktop etc.

    Is there any way of completely clearing the computer, I have tried a system restore but to no avail.

    What's your processor type and ram space ?

    Have you uninstalled the game?
    What is the game and where did you download from?
    Have you run a virus scan?
