Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We used to live here a few years back and are returning to live there soon.

I'm looking for info on decent swimming pools in the area to bring the kids to.

I used to bring my kids to the playground behind the Holy Rosary Church. Is there any other nice ones nearby?

My youngest is nearly 3. Is there any parent & child groups I could bring him to?

Lastly, is there any adult dance classes in the area?

    Any other info greatly appreciated!

Know there's various zumba, yoga, classes around the the town, there always seems to be a dance-fitness class on over Centra in Rathnew most evenings.
    Not sure about toddler groups.

Theres also a new playground open in ashford village across from the post office ashford park.
There is currently a playground being built in the "priests field" in rathnew up the side of the graveyard.

Sorry for the delay replying. I didn't get any notification of replies to this thread. Thanks so much for the info. I'm delighted to hear there's more than one playground now!!
