Elective C Section looking for advice

Hoping to start trying for a baby in the near future but would have some concerns. I have always had a big medical phobia. i have had 2 medical procedures done in recent years and had very bad reactions in dealing with them. This is why im looking to see if it could be possible to do an elective c section for a first time…

This is why im looking to see if it could be possible to do an elective c section for a first time mother. Does anyone know what Dublin hospitals would possibly let me do this or what would i need to do to make it happen.
