Hairdresser and Female GP recommendations Milltown and surrounding areas

I've recently moved to the Milltown area and looking for recommendations as regards hairdressers for colour/cut in the surrounding areas somebody thats reasonably priced that deals in Schwarzkopf or Loreal hair colours. I'm mainly trying to stay away from the large branded chains. Also if somebody could recommend a Doctors…
