The Belfry, Citywest — Durkan Homes and Hollioake

    In The Belfry, a housing estate in Citywest, some of the
    units were built by Durkan Homes and some by Hollioake.
    Is it possible to tell, by the location or appearance of
    a unit, which of these two companies built it?

    As you drive in the main entrance from Manga Drive all of the houses and Units on the left hand side of the green are Durkan and Hollioake built to the right, the majority of the estate, you will notice different colour brick work

    As far as I am aware Durkan / Hollioake where really the one

    Hi there,

    Belfry Square is built by Durkan or Hallioake? The division internal walls between the neighbours are solid wall or timber frame?
