Eircom put cable over garden without permission

    Eircom asked last week to put a cable across my mothers garden , she declined but they were very pushy .
    Initially she said yes but thought about it and rang eircom saying she did not want it .
    This week they came and put across the cable anyway , it is unsightly and low hanging,
    How can we get it removed?
