2 box rooms extension to bungalow.... quote?

Hai, we are looking to extend onto the end of our bungalow. We will be going through the bedroom at the end of the house, thus making it smaller to facilitate the hall way. Then a box room to the left & one to the right. I say box room, about the size of the loo, 10 foot x 6 foot. The hall way would match/just continue on from whats there, which is 3ft 3" give or take the skirting board. We could go the extra foot make it 10ft x 7ft no big deal.
My husband hoped that we could do it the way we did the sunroom, tiled room (of course) but the room is separate to the room of the house. It would start lower down the gable wall of the house. So not interfering with the existing roof, and costing less maybe?

Any ideas please on a cost? Thanks.
