Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When you hear the commentator hoping that we sneak a goal while supporters hope other results go our way to help us qualify, you know there is something very wrong.

Sadly, I have no desire for us to qualify for any competition unless we are good enough, which as it stands, we aren't

For all the talk about his crosses, Coleman is the only player tryimg to score.

Another poor cross from Coleman, straight to the keeper.

Jeff Hendrick needs to be either shot or castrated. Useless bastard should not be allowed reproduce.

Even if the aviva was free entry, id still probably stay at home
Probably at the upper end of their particular scale, given the calibre of opposition tonight.

    God bless Thomas Muller.

Brutal, brutal game. On the basis of the performance so far, we'd needn't be sad if they don't qualify, because the team's brand of football won't be inflicted on Europe once again. We can be sad, however, about Ireland's ineptness.

You can excuse the lack of quality but not the lack of intensity and urgency.

Which of these has less mobility:

    A.) Glenn Whelan B.) An 18-Wheel Truck
    C.) A Panzer Tank D.) The Moon

    HIGHLIGHT TO REVEAL ANSWER: A

Some close shots here but none getting behind the net. At least we're getting a bit better in our play.

In fairness we always have had to depend on other results going out way. That's nothing new.

He is terrible. I don't know what successive managers see in him

Its just admiting we are no good. Unless we now won this by 2 or 3, I would nearly rather we didn't qualify, as we will end up making a holy show of our selfs in France.

Mean while, poland have gome 6 nil up.

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,193 ✭✭✭✭Kerrydude1981

    Bring on McClean now

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 25,850 ✭✭✭✭Strumms

Both Whelan shots were heading nearer to the corner flag before their respective deflections.. says it all.

Seems so, but nearest player was miles away ...

At least we have a bit more quick tempo in our play in the last 5 minutes. Better.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,345 ✭✭✭keeponhurling

We scored late goals v Georgia A, Germany A and Poland H, plus hit the crossbar v Scotland A.

A big chance will come eventually....

I think Christie might have been a better option, Coleman very rusty.
