Cannot Send Emails to Eircom.net Addresses

    Ever since the Eircom ISDN outage our Exchange 2010 server cannot send emails to Eircom.net addresses or any address hosted by Eircom. The mails sit in the send queue with the following error:

    451 4.4.0 Primary target IP address responded with "554 avas01.vendorsvc.cra.dublin.eircom.net Cloudmark Gateway ESMTP server not available." Attempted failover to alternative host but did not suceed.....

    I send up a smart host for Eircom addresses to go to 159.134.198.135 (recommended by MS KB article) but this gives the same error.

    Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. :)
