RGH'd 360 fan noise

I have a RGH'd 360 and according to a well respected Youtube video maker I was told to set the fans to the highest setting in DashLaunch. I must say though the noise is most annoying. I don't suppose there's a mod whereby I could put quieter fans in there? Oh and it's a slim model!

Set the fans at about 65/70%, should quieten it down a lot while still providing good cooling
