Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Getting Bowflex Adjustable Dumbells repaired

    Would anyone know of any retailers who can repair the adjustable dumbells? I have a set of Bowflex 40kg's that I've had for ages and have worked well for me, but recently a few of the plates have been falling off and been unable to reconnect them. Would rather chance my arm seeing if they are repairable before investing another few hundred yoyos in a new pair!

    You can get the replacement discs that hold the plates in place off eBay

    Each disc is numbered, just figure out which ones you need.


    They're easy to replace yourself.Well the 22.5kg that I have was anyway.

    Just a long bolt running all the way through with nuts on either end.

    There are videos on YouTube showing how to do it.
