iRig 2 Troubleshooting

    I have an iRig 2 and I got it 3 days ago.
    It was working perfectly to begin with but then it stopped sending to send the signal to garage band and amplitube etc. I tried different cables and instruments but still nothing. Then as I removed the cable a bit got stuck in the 1/4 inch input and wont come out. What could be wrong? Also is there anyway to dismantle it and get it out? Thanks
