    I cant seem to find my account number anywhere.
    Is there any way of me getting it again?
    Can I ring my bank and explain this?

    Hi Yasmine_,

    Thank you for contacting us here on Boards. 

    Your account number can be found on the top of your Statement or eStatement. If you need your IBAN and BIC details, these are viewable on 365 Online on the 365 Home page, just click on the orange plus + icon and this will expand to show you your details. The last eight digits of your IBAN are your current account number. 

    Alternatively you can call Bank of Ireland Direct on 0818 365 365 and a representative will be happy to provide you with your account details. Our representatives are available on this number 8am to midnight Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on weekends.
