Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That's good stuff. Really like the level design. One of the last jumps was a pain but I eventually got it.

This game is so frustratingly brilliant.

I can't remember who created 'if you're good st jumping...' but I did it in 18 seconds last night.

Here's a very small self contained level that I've titled "Puzzler!?!" See if you can figure it out. The flagpole is in the shortest possible position. The levels ID is 210B-0000-0088-232C.

Okay I finally got time to try this and jesus it is hard

Brand new tricky level to begin with, you will figure out how to complete it after a few tries of it.

I want to scream at some of the people that make the levels. Cack! Absolute cack is what most of the levels are. They're awful, riddled with poor design choices. Some are just troll levels. Go through a door, drop to your instant death. WTF? Would you be surprised to know they've no stars? I hate music notes, I hate swimming levels. Oh God, sorry about the rant but it's diarrhea what I play for the most part.

No you're so right! I don't play any Underwater levels, I hate Underwater levels  as well as old style Mario because of them not allowing you to do things like stomping against the wall to get up unlike in New Super Mario Bros Wii U.

Ah now, not playing water levels is one thing but not playing original Mario levels due to no wall jumping is just mental.

Another little puzzle. May be easy for some. Well it is easy if you know the trick. I think it's original.

My first and by my own admission quite poor level.

It (building your own course) gives you a good insight into the amount of work involved. I'm waaaaaaay off. Lol

Fair play to ye for some of the levels I've played so far.

    Anyway here it is...

    "Careful now"

And it's not bad for your first attempt. Plus I remember when making my first level too and I'd only a limited palette of items to choose from.

It's bad when I look at the time I spent trying to get it to what it's at but yeah with the limited stuff available I was happy enough.

I don't think it'll happen me but I can see how some people have become addicted to making levels.

Honestly though it really does show the huge effort needed for game design that we as gamers take for granted.
People should have to try making a level before giving out about how one plays.

Tell me in a PM please. I put in so many blocks there may be an unforeseen method. I'm nearly sure there's only 1 method though.

I've found a second way. Not what I intended. I think it's what you may have done. It's not what I wanted, though you have to get the right trajectory. Now should I edit it.......hmmm?

Pretty straight forward, not entirely easy :) None of that overly complicated stuff.

I liked that one. A bit of trickery but nothing to complex.

    Fun level. Fair play.

iamtony is the most compitent player on these boards. He sussed out the solution again. I may be wrong but I think a lot of people won't be aware of the ability needed to solve it.

I was trying to figure this one out last night but got distracted by all the sport and alcohol. Might get a chance tonight.

Like starlord time is not my friend.
That said I've managed 5 hours since I got it on Friday which is good for me.
    Thank god for offscreen play.

Definitely an addictive game with soooooo much content. It's a little hard to know where to start with it.

Only for you guys putting up levels I'm not really sure where I'd go first.

I turned an idea in one of my levels into a whole level on it's own where you ride a vine from start to finish moving up and down to dodge obstacles:

    Course Title: Cruise the Vine!
    Course ID: 332E-0000-00A5-1198

I'm now up to 29 levels made and I'd say at least 10 or so of them are actually pretty decent!

Fair play good level. Pretty decent difficulty imo but doable.

One small thing I'd change is the distance in between walls for wall jumping should be slightly further apart as it made it a pain when jumping from one to another. Just an observation.

Otherwise I'd highly recommend this one I must say.

Best boards level I've tried so far.

Must have been 3 tries without alcohol.

I up the difficulty on most games these days by being half cut most times I play.

    That's my excuse anyways.

I'm tempted to try dark souls but fear I wouldn't last long. lol

Ran through some more boardsie levels from here last night, starring as a I went.

I managed to complete Sligeach's 'Puzzler' level (though I'm not sure I did it the proper way), but his 'Answer is in the blocks' level has me totally stumped I have to admit .

I have put together a couple of my own, but I haven't got around to uploading them yet. Must pull the finger out!
