Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This thing attackers have of knocking the ball miles down the field and then flinging themselves to the ground gets rewarded too often. Well done ref.

    Well, this isn't fun.

    What a pass from Carrick!

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,406 ✭✭✭Korat

That was a yellow card at least.

There is zero in this Liverpool performance so far.

Liverpool pinned back for the most part so far

Thought Liverpool would be going with a diamond, this 433 isolates Benteke too much.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 51,342 ✭✭✭✭That_Guy

    Ings trying to defend too.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,328 ✭✭✭Magico Gonzalez

i have more faith in the tooth fairy than i do in liverpools defence, keeper included.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,477 ✭✭✭✭Knex*

Playing Ings left wing is just pointless.

If you feel you need a winger and can't afford to play two up top, start Ibe.

Why does our defence insist on playing it out from the back when our centre backs are prone to spontaneously exploding

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,136 ✭✭✭✭Rayne Wooney

All united so far but if there's no cutting edge it's all for nothing

They're choosing to be. Utd aren't having to even play around us to peg us back. We're retreating as Utd play it from side to side.

only fellaini keeping liverpool in this.

    Brendan.

There's a time and place for it. Not when the opposition are pressing the defenders

Surprise surprise Fellaini has f*cked up Utd's best moves.

Can you really call Lovrens explosions "spontaneous". They are more like clockwork

Liverpool are playing like a team who know their manager is under pressure.

All sorts of panicking and weird decisions.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,136 ✭✭✭✭Rayne Wooney

Ffs let Phil Jones take them

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,363 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

    Benteke hasn't a hope here.

    One thing iv always wondered

What does emre can actually offer

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,948 ✭✭✭✭Osmosis Jones

Does Rodgers expect Benteke to be on the end of his own knock-downs? No one supporting him.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,404 ✭✭✭✭Vicxas

Im fairly sure there's 15 utd players out there. They seem to be everywhere

Its pretty damn poor, it has to be said. And its not sustainable in terms of coming away with any sort of a result.

  • Darmian is class

Darmian is a beast of a right back. Could be the signing of the season.

Liverpool absolutely pathetic so far. Worst central midfield in the league.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,364 ✭✭✭✭Kylo Ren

It's nice having the best right back in the league...

    Fantastic hair

A staple for the modern footballer. Also see Olivier Giroud.

And was relatively cheap in terms of modern money. He's been brilliant.
