Permanent TSB Compensation

I have been sent the compensation letter from Ptsb about the tracker mortgage I should have been on all these years and have decided to pursue the matter futher as I am not happy with the amounts os compensation been offered Does anybody know when the first cases are due in court on this matter

My understanding from the appeals form is that all appeals go to a panel of 3 people who make a decision and if you're not happy you can then take it to court. Have you done any more on this?
