hi guys, so heres the story, my pc 'Lenovo hs520s' runs great but everytime I leave it idle for a few minutes it slows down and will take about 20-30 seconds to before its back to normal after a few click of the mouse, something must be running in the background?, anyway last week I went in to some performance settings tab…

hi guys, so heres the story, my pc 'Lenovo hs520s' runs great but everytime I leave it idle for a few minutes it slows down and will take about 20-30 seconds to before its back to normal after a few click of the mouse, something must be running in the background?, anyway last week I went in to some performance settings tab (havn't a clue what I done,old age creeping in) and reduced the performance to a lower level thinking that would help but has not and now when I want to view pictures, the files don't give a thumbnail preview and theres not the option in the view settings of the folder there either, has anyone any ideas how I can enable thumbnail view again, thanks
