Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hiring portable muscle stimulators?

    Wasn't sure where to post this query but hopefully someone here will be able to help me out. I have been advised to hire a portable muscle stimulator to help me during my rehab following ACL surgery last week. I've been told that they can be hired on a monthly basis from a Galway based company who deliver. Anyone go any ideas on this? It'd be most appreciated.

    dceire,

    The company you're looking for is;
    Neurotech,
    Parkmore Business Park West,
    Galway.

    I think you'll need their 'kneehab' product...I used it a few years ago and found it very good. I've had no problems with the knee since but I did give it a full year before I returned to any sports.

    Best of luck with your recovery.

    Thanks. That's them exactly and yes, it's the kneehab device I'm looking for. I actually ended up finding them just after 5 o'clock but they close early today so didn't get to speak to anyone.

    Did you hire one off them by any chance? I was told that they can be hired for around €80 per month. There's a few up on adverts in the €250-300 region but I'll only need it for the month so there's not much point in buying the thing.

    Have a look at buying a compex unit.

    Same job and not really expensive for the base model
