I'm looking for a simple timer switch for my immersion heater. We currently have a simple bath/sink on/off switch. Like this >

What I want is something like this, but with a bath/sink switch.

I've had a good look online and I can't seem to find something. All I can find are simple timer switches, or timers with boost functions, but none that have a bath/sink function.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

You probably won't find what you are looking for so the best way to do it would be to leave the bath/sink switch in place and wire the other switch in series with it. It's really a job for an electrician but basically the supply will first be brought to the electronic timer and the output will go to the bath/sink switch. I have done it and it works well. You just need to leave the switch on the bath/sink switch on all the time so the immersion is only controlled by the electronic timer.

Yea as said above you leave the bath / sink switch in place and the boost button will supply power to this switch only when the boost function is on. I've fitted a few of these using the boost button below, all work great for the people. Great for older people, holiday lets, as it can never be permanently on, will always time out.

You posted a photo of the basic Sangamo immersion switch, they also do a digital timer which can handle a dual-element immersion ...

Note if you use that switch the boost button will bring on the "sink" element, and the timed output will bring on the "bath" element.

It's really designed for heating the water overnight (ideally on a night rate tariff)

    here was my solution.
    sink bath
    time click
    countdown timer.
