    Please rescind ban
    1 my post was factually correct having observed Schadenfreuia lying
    2 I actually did not see mod warning before posting
    3 it's more than inequitable to be banned for pointing out Schades big lie- check it yourself he's clearly lying as there have never been jury trials in the district court

    Having messaged the mod and appreciated the hassle caused to him I withdraw my appeal please mark as resolved
