Someone to fix a window?

Bought a house recently and one of the windows won't close probably, I think one of the sliding mechanisms might be busted.

Anyone recommendations on how might be able to take a look at this?

I guess the window manufacturer might be an obvious choice (not sure who this is, will need to examine closer) but maybe they're not needed.

    Thanks.

Thanks for that, will add him to my list of recommended people.

I actually fixed the window myself last night, thought if the previous owners couldn't fix then it must be badly busted.

Some of the slider locks appeared to be in an incorrect position in relation to how the handle was rotated. Some careful thought (didn't want to end up with a windows that wouldn't close at all) and working the sliding locks with my fingers got everything sorted and it fully closes now all around.

    Thanks for the link again.
